Most of the time, I'm just taking information already there, or information around the wiki and trying to put it in comprehensible format. In that case, I think that modification came from trying to understand Bishop's main "mystics" page and put the relevant information on WPA. As I said in discussion, it's horrible writing and it should all be removed.

Self Spells
Mod WPA has NO effect on the success of self spells. The success of self spells are determined by the percentage of Guilds which you run, to a certain cap value.
Duration of Spells
Mod WPA has NO effect on the duration of spells (both self spells and offensive ones). The duration of spells are dependent on the percentage of Guilds which you run, to a certain cap value.
It should suffice to say "WPA does not influence spell duration", as it should suffice to say "WPA does not influence the success-rate of self spells." Please refrain from using such profanity in your edits.
