Dragons, when sent to an opposing kingdom, will wreak havoc on their lands -- reducing income and lowering the draft rate of a province. The dragon will continue its work for six months or until destroyed by the kingdom's defenses.
All dragons result in 10% lower income and the loss of 20% of new draftees.
The only way to kill a dragon is to attack it with soldiers and specialists. Unfortunately, fighting a dragon is suicidal, and no troop sent to fight the dragon will return.
Every soldier sent will destroy 1 point of strength. Every Specialist will destroy 5 points.
