48v0.1: Began initial version. Todo: Compare tab. Data validation w/ error messages for input cells & race restrictions. IF >50%, THEN 50% handler for %-based effects. Miscellaneous info (Income, rune cost estimator). Edit banks somehow to reduce the two separate functions to one actual declaration of the affect on your income?
