Creating a province
Before you can venture into the world of Utopia, you must first create a province. Players are only allowed to create one province per server.
Creation
To create a province, select a server (i.e. World of Legends) and, if a province has not already been founded, you will have the option to create a new one.
The following information is required:
- Name of province
- Name of the province's leader
- Leader Gender
- Desired Race
- Speciality
Restrictions
If you recently abandoned a province, you will be unable to create a new one. You must wait 24 hours before attempting to create a new province.
Protection
For a period of 24 hours, new provinces are placed under protection. This prevents other players from attacking and allows you to build up resources to aid against the oncoming slaughter.
