Some of these things haven't been discussed much.
The NW modifiers for buildings and vacant land do not match the equation at the end of the page.
The table shows: Building (complete) 40, Building (under construction) 15, Acre 15
While the equation shows: Building (complete) 55, Building (under construction) 30, Acre 15

i reverted these changes, as both the original value and the equation are correct - the reason the value in the equation are different is that they contain the nw for land also - i.e 15+40 (land + built) = 55 nw total --Bishop 11:47, 2 February 2010 (UTC)
