Each event in Utopia is dated in Utopian Time.
Utopian chronology
Time in Utopia moves differently to the real world. Each Age consists of Days, Months and Years. The start of each Utopian Day is called a tick.
1 Utopian Day = 1 Hour
1 Utopian Month = 1 Day
1 Utopian Year = 1 Week
The unplayable time between Ages is known as Stand Off.
Before Age begins, there is a Freeze time. The Age starts at January, Year 1 with Protection until April, Year 1. As a rule Age continues 12..14 Utopian Years.
Time in Utopia is synchronized with time in real world. Each Utopian Day begins in XX:00. Recent Ages Utopian Month changes as in UTC/GMT+6 timezone.

Tick
Tick is an unique unplayable time between every Utopian Days, when most of bonuses and penalties are applied to Province.
During the tick mana and stealth recover, people born and dies, trains armies and wizards, inhabitants consume bushels and money, banks emit gold coins, etc.
Utopian Calendar
In Utopia terms there are 24 days in a month and 7 months in a year.
