I think some of the smaller charts should just be cut down instead of including n/a everywhere.

Draft Cost Formula
Im prity sure that solder cost depends on ur current draft too, just I have no idea how much!
SO far 67.8% draft 64gc's/sold (normal draft)
64% draft 63gc's/sold (normal draft); 37 (reservist); 94 (aggressive)
63% draft 41gc's/sold (reservist draft)
My guess it depends on % of peasants left in a prov ...

For my own prov, with no Arm's, I'm seeing this formula: gc/sold = base*(1+(0.16*draft)) rounded to the nearest gc.
