What is the "Active" modifier
This seriously lacks explanation

After much deliberation, we have decided that the "active" modifier is not a modifier at all! Just a lazy excuse to use a template. I'm going to correct this (as no one has bothered to explain why humans have a "toggle") to simply say "Race Bonuses". --Stupid 03:53, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
