# Check that your target isn't in a war.

# Check if the target is online (he could have casted protective self-spells in order to make you bounce).
# Make sure the hour hasn't ticked since you got your intel.
# Recheck Intel.
# Hit the button.

* 2% Oversend leads to generally a 99% success rate, a 4.036% oversend guarantees success (assuming accurate intel).
* In Angel, this normally translates as a blue bar (default settings)
