Looking in the War room page is usually the best way to find the correct attack times. The attack times can be found in the War Room page, when selecting a province to attack. This already includes at least Quickfeet and Anonymity. It probably also already includes warrior, stance and barrack bonusses (Please confirm). It does not include Fog (you don't know that the enmey has it casted yet) and attack type (you still have to select it). What it does include is the networth value adjustment.
