Notes
For provinces starting at the beginning of an age, your honor is settled at 1800 after the end of ~ YR2.
You start to get bonuses first when your honor passes 1500 points (Lord/Noble Lady)
For Counts and higher ranks, each promotion gives the bonuses doubled
