Before you can venture into the world of Utopia, you must first create a province. Players are only allowed to create one province per server.
Creation
To create a province, select a server World of Legends and, if a province has not already been founded, you will have the option to create a new one. The following information is required:
Restrictions
If you recently abandoned a province, you will be unable to create a new province. After a period of 24 hours, the restriction will be lifted and you will be able to create a new province.
