Honour Effects

Effects of Honour = Above Effect from table * Race Modifier
Modifier Type Active Otherwise
Race: Orc 0.5 1

Notes

If a province is created when the age begins, the honour value is initialized to 0. Additionally, over a period of eight days, honour is raised 10 points per tick, resulting in a total of 1920 honour points.

Bonuses are awarded upon receiving the title Lord or Noble Lady. For every title change after Lord or Noble Lady the following bonuses are added upon any previously awarded bonuses:

  • 2% Increase in your maximum population
  • 2% Increase in your income
  • 2% Increase in your offensive military efficiency
  • 3% Increase in your magic effectiveness
  • 3% Increase in your thievery effectiveness
  • One additional vote for your Kingdom's Monarchy

Note: these bonuses can be modified by Race modifiers.

Upon receiving the title Count or Countess the bonuses are slightly modified:

  • 4% Increase in your maximum population
  • 4% Increase in your income
  • 4% Increase in your offensive military efficiency
  • 6% Increase in your magic effectiveness
  • 6% Increase in your thievery effectiveness
  • One additional vote for your Kingdom's Monarchy

Note: these bonuses can be modified by Race modifiers.

Note: The modified bonuses do not affect any previously awarded bonuses from previous titles.

Honour Bug

If you enter vacation mode within the first 8 days of the game you will not gain honour while in vacation mode. In addition, once you exit vacation mode your honour will not receive hourly increases unless it is still within the first 8 days of the age. This can leave your province far below the normal for honour points.
