Forums

Within every kingdom there is a private forum. This forum allows players to talk about kingdom politics, coordinate plans, and request for resources. Generally, this is where most players will communicate with each other.

A monarch has the ability to also elect up to two Royal Stewards who will have the ability to moderate the forum.

In war, a second forum, the War Forum, is created for the two participating kingdoms to communicate with each other.

When communicating in-game, ensure your tone is formal and/or polite. Avoid using swear words or words which may be misconstrued as foul language.

Chat

Within every kingdom, there is a kingdom chat that is integrated into the intel-bot. Users are able to utilize this to talk to other kingdom mates. This chat window can be integrated into Discord as long as the intel-bot is invited into the kingdom's private Discord channel.

Messaging

Private messaging (Utopian Mail) within the game allows players to communicate with players located inside and outside of their kingdom. Generally, Monarchs will use this feature to set up wars or establish pacts. They may also use it to contact players who are new to their kingdom. Monarchs have the ability to send out kingdom-wide messages with the click of a button in order to reach all of their kingdom mates at once.
